Role Description The Sales Manager – Delhi RSO is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, responsible for driving revenue growth from the Delhi region and other assigned markets. The role involves managing existing corporate, travel trade, and MICE accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets for Shahpura Hotels & Resorts. The Sales Manager will conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property familiarization visits, while maintaining accurate records of activities, pipelines, and conversion rates. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals and contracts, coordinating with the operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, and representing the brand at trade shows, sales events, and client engagements. The Sales Manager will also monitor competitor activity, provide regular sales reports and market insights to leadership, and support the development and execution of sales strategies and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Solid understanding of corporate, leisure, and MICE segments, including experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management, reporting, and effective follow-up on leads.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic sales reporting systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or specialized sales training is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel as required to the Delhi region and other markets, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the Delhi corporate and travel trade market, along with strong networking skills, will be highly beneficial.
