Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will lead and coach a team of sales professionals, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and conversion goals. Responsibilities include managing walk-in and referred customers, understanding their interior requirements, presenting design and pricing options, and closing deals through consultative selling. The role involves coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers, tracking the sales pipeline, forecasting demand, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, support local marketing activities, gather customer feedback, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead conversion, pipeline management, and target achievement.
  • Customer relationship management skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach to selling premium home interiors.
  • Team leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design, pricing, and value propositions clearly.
  • Comfort using CRM and basic office tools for reporting, forecasting, and tracking sales metrics.
  • Experience in interiors, real estate, retail, or other high-value consumer sales is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including weekends or extended hours as needed for client meetings and showroom traffic.
