Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage key accounts, including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and F&B customers.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct regular customer visits, negotiate pricing, and prepare sales quotations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
  
  Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, or related field.

• At least 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry.

  Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  Self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
