Sales Managers Corporate Sales

Locations: Bangalore | Mumbai | Kolkata

Role: Sales Manager New Business Development (Corporate Sales)

Education: MBA Preferred

CTC: 8-12 LPA (Including Performance-Based Incentives)

Experience: 4-5 Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Opportunity:

As part of our Mission 1000 growth plan, DCGpac is hiring 25 high-performing Sales Managers to lead New Business Development in Corporate Sales across major cities in India and abroad.

We are looking for smart, dynamic go-getters who are not just great at selling, but own the art of opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals in the packaging, procurement, and eCommerce ecosystem.

What We Expect from You:

  • 58 years of solid B2B sales experience in the same city you're applying for
  • Proven track record in New Business Development and corporate sales
  • Must bring 25+ active corporate contacts and close your first deal within 60 days
  • Prior experience in selling at least one of the following:
  • Packaging solutions
  • B2B procurement tech platforms
  • Warehouse/dark store assets or supplies
  • Branding & promotional items
  • Or any other solution to the eCommerce industry
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • An MBA degree with a flair for communication, consultative selling, and hustle
