Job Description

• Lead and manage a team to achieve monthly and annual insurance sales targets.
• Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches and bancassurance channels.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff to generate business.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, productivity, and conversion ratios.
• Coach, motivate, and train the team to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and quality standards.
• Qualification: Graduate with 3-7 years of experience in insurance/bancassurance sales and team handling.
