Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in the Pune District, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for InSAT and related cybersecurity solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and enterprise clients, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify new market opportunities. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance against sales targets and KPIs. The Sales Manager will also provide feedback from customers to internal teams, represent the company at events or online webinars, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline management, with proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in solution selling or consultative selling, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology-based training platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Ability to use CRM tools, sales analytics, and productivity software to manage leads, forecast sales, and report performance.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity awareness, phishing threats, or corporate training domains (or strong interest and ability to learn quickly).
  • Demonstrated skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities within Pune District.
