- Keep abreast of market developments and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Adhere to all industry regulations and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
- Over 2 years of sales experience, with at least 6 months of management experience in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Compensation up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
