About the Role
The Sales Manager Cross Sell is responsible for acquiring cross-sell customers for a designated branch through direct customer interaction. This pan-India role involves explaining and selling banking products, acting as a bridge between customers and the bank, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery. The role also includes catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, and identifying and converting potential business opportunities. The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving client acquisition, deepening relationships, and maximizing lifetime customer value to support the bank's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire cross-sell customers within the identified segment.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for customer acquisition by driving leads efficiency
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the bank's policies.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct catchment mapping and identify potential business opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Support digital enablement and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Experience
- 2 years of minimum experience in BFSI
