As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our credit card business through direct channels. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, motivating and guiding your team, and ensuring we achieve our revenue goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's credit card business and shape its future growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the credit card business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch new credit card products and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, offering training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures related to sales and credit card operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in credit card sales and marketing.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, promoting our credit card offerings and building brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Good understanding of credit card products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
