We are hiring for the role of Sales Manager - Corporate Sales in Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, partners, affiliates, and agencies.
- Establish and scale revenue-generating sales channels and strategic partnerships.
- Explore and penetrate new markets, including Tier 2 cities, to achieve regional expansion goals.
Channel & Account Management
- Develop and manage a strong network of partners, agencies, and affiliates to support account acquisition.
- Handle enterprise accounts across corporates, commercial buildings, and malls within the assigned region.
- Lead solution-driven discussions aligned with customer requirements and company offerings.
Sales Operations & Performance
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure predictable revenue generation. - Own and deliver on regional sales targets through both direct and partner-led channels.
- Track daily performance using defined KPIs and ensure consistent productivity and efficiency.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and execution phases.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
