Position Overview :
We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting (B2B Sales) to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong business relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our footprint in the corporate gifting space. The ideal candidate will have a proactive sales approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities
● Prepare for the sales calls including conducting research and building a sales deck.
● Identifying prospective clients, sending pitches, and generating leads
● Presenting The Reward Store products to the prospective clients
● Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to generation of leads and closure of the same
● Should be flexible working in shifts or in different time zones
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Develop a pipeline of qualified leads
● Liaise and partner with the sales team to identify complex sales opportunities
Requirements :
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA will be a Plus).
● 3 – 5 years of Physical Gifting experience is must.
● Ability to hunt new leads and manage a bucket of new leads, closure of the leads
● Great team player and has good team-handling skills
● Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
● Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged
● Enjoy working in fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day.
● Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper lead generation methodologies
● High energy and positive attitude
● Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work
● Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into meetings
● This is an individual contributor position
