About Role

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager who believes and understands corporate relationships, appreciates luxury, enjoys building connections and wants to take its next phase of growth.

This role is designed for an individual who enjoys opening new corporate doors, building business partnerships and leading a passionate sales team. If you have mastered the art of B2B selling and love the world of luxury brands, this role could be the next milestone in your journey.

What You Will Lead As a Sales Manager, you will:

Corporate & B2B Growth

Drive corporate gifting and enterprise sales across segments

Build long-term strategic partnerships with corporates & channel partners

Acquire, nurture & grow large corporate accounts

Sales Ownership

Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure

Present tailored solutions & proposals for high-value clients

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements

Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, train & mentor inside and outbound sales teams

Set measurable performance goals

Build a high-energy team culture focused on results

Market Strategy

Identify new verticals, opportunities & sectors

Strengthen presence in corporate and B2B markets

Work with brand & marketing teams for launch support

Drive MIS reporting, forecasting & pipeline planning

What Makes You Right for Us (Must-Have Experience)

Minimum 10+ years in corporate sales, B2B, gifting, luxury, FMCG or related industry

Proven ability in handling corporate enterprise accounts

Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets

Communication - Fluency in Kannada + English + Hindi (Additional local languages)

Location - Candidate must live within 1015 KM radius of our office (Bengaluru)
