Job Title: Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts & MICE

Role Summary: We are looking for an aggressive, result-driven Sales Manager to aggressively expand our B2B footprint in Mumbai. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting corporate decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement) to closing high-value corporate rate contracts and managing strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles targeting mid-to-large enterprises, MNCs, and SMEs for corporate accommodations and MICE solutions.
Identify, pitch, and secure new corporate accounts through cold outreach, networking, and structured meetings.
Manage and grow existing key accounts, maximizing wallet share and driving repeat business.
Draft competitive commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close RFPs effectively.
Collaborate closely with operations and reservation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired clients.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.

Candidate Profile & Experience:

Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven B2B enterprise/institutional sales experience.
Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Corporate Travel Management (TMCs), Hospitality Sales, Co-working Space Leasing, Business Hotels, or Corporate Real Estate will be given first preference.
Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills with an established network of corporate Admin/HR contacts in Mumbai.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required).
