Sales Manager-Commercial Vehicle

This is a full time role with our global client for their captive finance arm.

Reports To

Area Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager

Job Purpose

To support sales activities by identifying prospective customers, promoting financial products and services, and building customer relationships. The role focuses on acquiring new business while delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial products and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, campaigns, and channel partners.
• Understand customer financing requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support customers through the application and documentation process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations and customer awareness sessions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Meet assigned sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
