Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Interior Sales Manager who will take complete responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering commercial interior projects. This role is not just about supervision it is about leadership, strategic thinking, financial control, and ensuring every project reflects the standards and vision of TUD SPACES.

You will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects including offices, retail outlets, hospitality spaces, and corporate environments.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgeting, manpower allocation, and procurement strategy.
  • Review and validate BOQs, technical drawings, specifications, and execution methodologies.
  • Supervise site operations, contractors, engineers, and vendors to maintain quality and progress.
  • Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain transparent communication.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, technical requirements, and quality benchmarks.
  • Anticipate and resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee documentation, billing processes, vendor coordination, and project handovers.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior project execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, structural coordination, and MEP integration.
  • Proven ability to manage office, retail, hospitality, or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong control over vendor management and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with a professional approach
