JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and occupancy for our co-working space business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, site visit coordination, follow-ups, and booking closures.
This role requires close collaboration with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and an excellent customer experience. The role involves regular client visits across Pune in addition to office-based responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Sales
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
● Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for co-working space bookings.
● Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Client Meetings & Site Visits
● Coordinate and attend client meetings; assist in presentations and negotiations.
● Schedule and manage site visits, meetings, and follow-ups across Pune.
● Coordinate client meetings and support sales closures.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
● Respond to client inquiries regarding pricing, availability, facilities, and membership plans.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
● Support booking confirmations, onboarding, and documentation.
Operations & Coordination
● Coordinate with operations and admin teams for workspace allocation.
● Maintain lead databases, booking status, and follow-up trackers.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS
● Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
● Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
● Experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or client handling.
● Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and booking activities.
● Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
● Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
● 2+ years of experience in co-working spaces, real estate, property sales, hospitality, or inside sales in any related work.
● Prior experience coordinating with Sales Managers and handling client meetings.
● Comfortable interacting with business clients and corporate customers.
● Willing to conduct regular client visits across Pune as part of the role.
● Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
● 6 Days Working per week (Monday to Saturday)
● Work From Office — Full-time presence required at Kalyani Nagar or Baner, Pune
● Regular client visits across Pune are an integral part of this role
