Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Sales Manager who can build, manage, and scale clinic partnerships and retail sales channels.

This is not a passive role, we need someone who can drive placements, ensure product movement, and build long-term relationships with practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic & Practitioner Sales

  • Onboard nutrition clinics, Ayurveda doctors, and wellness centers
  • Build strong relationships with doctors/practitioners
  • Position products as part of their treatment protocols

Retail & Marketplace Execution

  • Drive sales across offline retail touchpoints
  • Manage presence in pharmacies, wellness stores, and modern trade
  • Ensure strong product visibility and availability

Sales Growth & Targets

  • Own and achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Track sell-in and sell-through performance
  • Ensure repeat orders from clinics

Product Education & Training

  • Educate practitioners and clinic staff on product usage & benefits
  • Conduct product demos and engagement sessions
  • Act as the bridge between brand and practitioner trust

Market Development

  • Identify new partnership opportunities
  • Expand presence across Hyderabad & surrounding regions
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights

What We Are Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in Nutraceutical / Pharma / Wellness Sales
  • Proven experience in clinic/channel sales (B2B + B2C overlap)
  • Existing network of doctors, clinics, or wellness centers is a strong advantage

Skills

  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • High ownership & execution mindset
  • Ability to close deals and drive repeat business
  • Good understanding of health, supplements, or functional medicine space

Personality Fit (Very Important)

  • Self-driven, not supervision-dependent
  • Commercially sharp (understands numbers & margins)
  • Can represent a premium brand with credibility

  • Consistent repeat orders and strong product movement
