As India's first CDSCO-licensed Health Kiosk manufacturer, we prioritize quality and data security with ISO 13485 certification, FDA and CE-approved devices, and HIPAA/GDPR-compliant software. Our solutions, such as the Health ATM, Box Clinic, Health Lounge, and Telemedicine Portal, make healthcare accessible in hospitals, corporations, rural areas, and government health programs. With a mission to install 25,000 kiosks globally, we aim to bring preventive care to underserved communities worldwide.

Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Pune. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, creating strategies for market expansion, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives and contribute to the success and scalability of our solutions in local and global markets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development experience, including lead generation, relationship management, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage and close deals with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, particularly in preventive and telemedicine solutions, is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market data to develop effective sales approaches.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of data-driven sales strategy development is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pune and travel as needed to meet clients and partners.
  • Hands on experience in CSR Roles.
