Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the civil helicopter segment - including but not limited to Govt bodies, charted houses and VIP clientele
- Should understand and be comfortable with complex sales and products
- Should be comfortable with a long sales cycle
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aerospace Industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals with cross functional collaboration with the technical and product teams
- Solution selling approach and mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Sales Manager-Civil Helicopter should have:
- Proven expertise in sales within the Aerospace Industry / capital equipment industry / machinery and tooling industry / helicopter industry
- Strong knowledge of the civil helicopter market and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Educational qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
