Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying prospects, developing relationships with clients, and presenting franchise opportunities. The role includes planning and implementing sales strategies, maintaining a pipeline of leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners and align strategies with company goals.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Mode: Work from Home + Outstation Travel may be upto 20 days a month

Experience: 5 Years Minimum

Salary-5-10 Lakhs per annum

Preferred: Knowledge of the Education Sector / Franchise Development Experience will be preferred

Locations: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bengaluru

You must have your own conveyance (2 wheeler/4 wheeler), own laptop and and a smartphone with an extra sim slot (or an extra smartphone) for company's sim.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Experience in client relationship management, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Ability to oversee and implement sales strategies effectively, including performance tracking and reporting
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of franchise management processes
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA is an advantage
  • Experience in the education sector or sales of franchise opportunities is a plus
