Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Development
●Identify, target, and develop strategic relationships with automation, machinery, and electrical equipment manufacturers.
●Establish strong ties with product management, R&D leadership, purchasing, and executive decision-makers.
●Understand customers'product strategies and long-term roadmaps to identify opportunities for OEM/ODM or jointly developed product lines
2. Solution-Based Sales
●Promote our portfolio of servo motors, servo drives, HMIs, VFD, PLC, and motion control products, focusing on value, performance, and cost competitiveness.
●Engage deeply with customers to translate their technical and functional requirements into feasible proposals with support from China-based R&D teams.
●Lead customized solution discussions, including technical alignment, feasibility evaluation, prototypes, and business case development.
3. Project Ownership & Coordination
●Drive OEM/ODM project launches, follow-up engineering validation, and ensure successful mass-production transitions.
●Manage project timelines, commercial offers, contracts, and long-term agreements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Background
●Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
●5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or product management within industrial automation or motion control.
●Experience working in robotics, material handling, logistic automation is highly preferred.
●Proven success in OEM/ODM, customized solutions, or joint development projects is a strong advantage.
