The company's cutting-edge products, including IoT-enabled DG Monitoring Systems and energy storage solutions, are designed to support industries in achieving their sustainability and emission goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram, India. As a Sales Manager, you will strategize and drive the sales process to achieve revenue targets for Chakr's product offerings. Key responsibilities include generating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailor-made solutions for clients. You will also gather market insights, analyze trends, and develop actionable strategies to maintain competitiveness in the cleantech industry. Additionally, you will represent Chakr Innovation at industry events and act as an ambassador for our mission to create innovative environmental solutions.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including experience in closing deals, managing client relationships, and generating new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of cleantech or environmental solutions, and familiarity with Retrofit Emission Control Devices, energy storage, or IoT-based monitoring systems
  • Strategic thinking, market analysis capabilities, and a data-driven approach to achieving sales goals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Prior experience in B2B sales in clean technology, industrial products, or environmental solutions is highly desirable
