This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the assigned region. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, crafting effective sales strategies, leading negotiations, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also provide market insights, develop proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and professional interaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals is also a key aspect of the role.

• Sales and business development skills, including identifying leads, building client relationships, and closing deals
• Strategic thinking and ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the HVAC, cooling system, or energy efficiency industry is a plus
• Organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work on-site in Ludhiana and ability to travel as needed
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
