Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abohar. This position is responsible for leading and coaching a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to drive policy enrollments and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, explaining health insurance plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes, prepare reports and forecasts, and support ongoing training and development of sales staff. This role also involves building strong client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and representing the company in local outreach or promotional activities.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance, financial services, or healthcare.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, analyze performance data, and prepare accurate forecasts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coaching and motivating teams, with strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of health insurance products and Affordable Care Act concepts (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices and a customer-centric approach.
