Role: Sales Manager (candidate from Industrial Automation required)

Number of years of experience: 9-10 years of Experience in Channel Management

Base Location: Pune

Position Overview:

As a Sales representative, Person will be responsible for Pune regional Channel sales to grow business of Industrial automation Business. Candidate should have experience in handling Channel business and Channel Management. His main role to develop the channel sales strategy in line with the BG strategy to grow channel business in Industrial automation domain. He should have good knowledge of Industrial Automation Product He must enjoy spending time in the market with channel to understand their problems and find innovative solutions to grow channel Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Pune region channel Business.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers to improve channel Business.
  • Should have experience in handling Channel business and Channel Management
  • Analyzing potential partner / SI relationships for the Automation Product.
  • Developing key account to grow channel Business.

Requirements:

  • 9-10 years of Experience in Channel Management.
  • Knowledgeable in Industrial automation Product Range. Proven ability to interact with customers and convince on techno commercial aspects.
  • Engineering degree (Electrical/Electronics).
  • This position requires travel to channel in Pune region.
  • A true interface between Channel & Company. Coordinate between Channel & Internal teams, for smooth sales execution & closures.
  • Owning & building the customer & channel relationship and stand for delivering promised support from the organization
  • Achieving year on year growth as per guidelines. And territory yearly targets.
  • Good In presentation skills, making reports with market data analysis and Sales planning, forecasting for assigned territory.
  • Multilingual as added advantage for covering Territory with ease.
  • Pune Region Which Includes Pune, Kolhapur, Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Solapur.
