Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive the growth of our CAD/PLM Software business across multiple locations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop potential leads to drive future sales
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Track, manage, and report sales activities in an organized manner
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Identify market trends and customer needs to expand business opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
- MBA or Management degree in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in CAD/PLM or related software industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development
