Sales Manager – Business Loans (DSA Channel)

Job Purpose

To drive business loan sales through the DSA channel by acquiring customers, managing DSA relationships, and consistently achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business loan leads through DSAs and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
• Identify potential customers and drive the complete loan sourcing process.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursal targets.
• Monitor DSA performance and identify opportunities to increase business.
• Ensure quality sourcing with proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Track leads, applications, approvals, and disbursals on a regular basis.
• Handle customer and DSA queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Expand the DSA network by onboarding new channel partners.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Loan/LAP/SME loan sales.
• Prior experience in DSA/channel sales is preferred.
