Job Description

Job Role And Responsibilities

  • Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
  • Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
  • Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring
  • Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
  • Maintain relationships with business banking to originate business
  • Manage relationship with the customers by increasing the book size
  • Manage trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., working capital cycle of the company

Deliverables

  • Acquire and maintain business loans clients for the organisation
  • Perform various financing activities as per the customer's requirement
  • Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance

Product/Customer Handled

  • Working capital, Term loan, Project finance, Unsecured Business Loans
  • Retail business loans clients up to 20 cr portfolio size

Skills And Competencies

  • Ability to negotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisions
  • Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance
  • Credit Knowledge: To assess the company's financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profit after tax) etc. of the company)

Educational Qualifications

  • Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in channel management for similar product
