Job Description

  • It will be a Managerial position in Sales and Marketing wherein education, experience and skills can be efficiently utilized to increase the sales volume and profitability of the firm.
  • Build a strong distribution network (Referral Model) for achieving greater market share fulfilling the overall job objective

Job Responsibilities:

  • Individual or Team handling role with objective of achieving the sales & Cross sell targets.
  • Leading sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • He will be required to recruit and manage a team of 3-4 DST/RM's or work in individual capacity.
  • Identifying potential customers in the market.
  • He will be required to filter and choose customer suiting IndusInd Bank Product and Policy.
  • Customers are referred by referral partners and branch network. Understanding of basic financial is must.
  • Comparing products and their substitutes based on a range of criteria. He has to have a neat analytical skills to read and analyze financials of SME's.
  • Will have to efficiently manage self-sourced lending portfolio providing good customer service experience and manage EMI collections of delinquent customers.
