Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Pune for a Sales Manager - Business Loan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with businesses, and promoting RupeeDot's business loan services. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, managing the loan approval pipeline, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves presenting tailored financing solutions to meet client needs, maintaining accurate sales records, and staying updated on the latest financial products and lending market trends.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales skills, including client relationship building and lead generation
  • Knowledge of business loans, financial products, and lending processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze client financial information and offer personalized solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience or interest in the fintech industry is a plus
