About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in selling RPO and recruitment solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients on a global basis.
  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record of new client acquisition, revenue generation, and consultative selling, preferably from large global recruitment firms.
  • This role is focused on hunting new business, building long-term client relationships, and expanding footprint .

As a Sales Manager/Business Development, you will be responsible for...

  • Driving new business development for RPO and recruitment solutions
  • Identifying, prospecting, and engaging enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Owning the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Selling consultatively by understanding client hiring challenges and positioning RPO solutions effectively
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Collaborating with delivery, solution design, and leadership teams to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Representing in sales meetings, virtual presentations, and industry events
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates

What you already have...

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or RPO services
  • Demonstrated success in selling RPO models and recruitment solutions
  • Prior experience at large/global recruitment firms preferred
  • Proven ability to bring in net-new clients and revenue
  • Strong understanding of enterprise hiring models, talent acquisition, and outsourcing
  • Experience selling to HR, TA leaders, and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely

Preferred Profile

  • Background in selling recruitment or RPO solutions at a large recruitment organization
  • Existing network of HR, TA, or business decision-makers
  • Experience working with offshore or global delivery teams
