Role Overview
We are looking for a high-calibre Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales across international markets from India.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience selling into APAC, MENA, or European markets, understands cross-border enterprise sales dynamics, and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals remotely.
You will work directly with leadership to build Trovex's global revenue engineowning strategic accounts, opening new markets, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Global Enterprise sales and Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales cycle for international markets: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Drive new business across APAC, MENA, and Europe enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-to-large deals across geographies
- Handle cross-border sales complexities including time zones, procurement, and compliance
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Drive new business across BFSI, pharma, real estate, and large enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-to-large enterprise deals
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build deep relationships with CXOs, HR, L&D, Sales Heads, and Business Leaders
- Leverage existing networks within BFSI and enterprise ecosystems to open doors
- Act as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating Trovex's business impact and ROI
Solution Selling
- Understand client training, sales enablement, and assessment challenges
- Position Trovex as a strategic solution, not just a tool
- Work closely with product and implementation teams to align solutions with customer needs
Market Expansion
- Contribute to international GTM strategy and region-specific playbooks
- Identify and build channel partnerships, resellers, and local alliances
- Provide on-ground insights into APAC, MENA, and European buyer behavior
Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have
- 35 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS / tech products preferred)
- Proven experience selling to APAC, MENA, or European markets from India
- Strong track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals internationally
- Experience managing long, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to sell remotely across time zones and cultures
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
