About The Role

We are looking for a Business Consultants - Sales Manager (Business Development & Account Management) to join our Professional Services enterprise growth team based in Singapore.

You will act as a strategic bridge connecting businesses with practical tech and AI training solutions. This role requires balancing the acquisition of new enterprise clients with the cultivation of long-term partnerships. It is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who have a genuine interest in corporate digital transformation, capability building, and consultative selling.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Business Development

  • Drive New Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close new enterprise accounts. You will guide organisations through the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation.
  • Market Expansion: Identify key corporate targets and untapped sectors in the SG market where Preface's training solutions can address critical skills gaps.

Account Management & Client Success

  • Nurture & Expand: Cultivate strategic relationships with our existing client base. Conduct regular business reviews to understand their evolving needs, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure strong renewal rates.
  • Program Delivery Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, collaborating closely with our Operations and Instructor teams to ensure the smooth delivery of custom bootcamps and executive briefings.

Consultative Solutions

  • Bridge Business and Tech: Translate complex corporate challenges, such as workflow automation or up-skilling non-technical teams into tailored Preface training programs.
  • Executive Engagement: Partner directly with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and L&D directors to align Preface's offerings with their broader digital transformation and talent strategies.

Pipeline Management & Feedback Loops

  • Data-Driven Execution: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast within the CRM to consistently meet targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as a liaison between the market and our Content R&D teams, sharing client feedback to ensure our curriculum remains highly relevant to corporate needs.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales, with your own black-book of contacts, you are strong, have balanced capabilities in both outbound business development and ongoing account management.
  • Tech Industry Fluency: A practical understanding of the current tech landscape. While you don't need to be a developer, you should be comfortable discussing the business applications of AI, data analytics, and workflow automation with corporate leaders.
  • Consultative Approach: Strong ability to uncover business pain points through strategic questioning. Experienced in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and delivering clear, persuasive proposals.
  • Adaptability & Drive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where market needs and product offerings evolve quickly. Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly advantageous for our SG corporate market.
