Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Indore. The Sales Manager will lead sales strategies, oversee the performance of the sales team, and ensure revenue growth. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding team members to achieve their goals. Collaboration with marketing and other departments to strengthen customer engagement and retention is also a critical part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through field sales, client meetings, and referrals
  • Acquire and onboard clients for Equity Trading, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products
  • Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement
  • Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base
  • Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and regulatory adherence (SEBI/IRDA norms)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing
  • Maintain regular MIS and sales reports

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products
  • Proven experience in field sales / direct sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on closures
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance preferred)
  • Min 5 years of experience in broking, wealth management, or financial product sales
  • Certifications like NISM / IRDA will be an added advantage

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + attractive incentive structure
