Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Bogmallo, Goa. The Sales Manager will oversee the resort's sales strategy and drive revenue growth by targeting both leisure and corporate markets. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, creating strategic sales plans, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The role also involves market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales management, creating sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Hospitality Experience: Prior experience within the hotel or resort industry is highly preferred.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on-site in Marmagao and adapt to the dynamic demands of the hospitality industry.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic financial planning tools is a plus.
