Role Description- Sales Manager (Delhi location)

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Delhi region to drive sales growth of bitumen and road construction materials in the assigned territory by developing distributor networks, managing key accounts (contractors, infrastructure companies, government departments), and ensuring revenue and volume targets.

Pay: Negotiable (as per industry standards)

Location: Remote (Delhi, India)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for bitumen products.
  2. Identify and manage distributor and dealer networks within the assigned geography.
  3. Generate business from road contractors, infrastructure developers, EPC companies, and government projects (PWD, NHAI, etc.).
  4. Build strong relationships with key accounts and project stakeholders to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  5. Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, competitor activity, and product performance.
  6. Ensure product availability, pricing compliance, and timely delivery in coordination with logistics and supply chain teams.
  7. Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with credit policies.
  8. Ensure high service levels to customers and handle grievances promptly.

Qualifications & Other Skills:

  • MBAin Sales & Marketing.
  • 38 years of experiencein sales
  • Strong knowledge of bitumen/asphalt, road construction materials, or industrial products sales.
  • Experience in dealing with contractors, road construction firms, and government departments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong networks and manage channel partners.
  • Willingness to travel.
