We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Officer to join our BFSI team. The role involves driving sales in the housing finance/mortgage loans domain, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of business targets through effective channel and open market sourcing.

Must Have :
- Affordable Home loans and Mortgage loan Products.
- Individual Role
- Sourcing through DSA, connector and open market.
- Target 50 Lac.
- 2 year + experiance required.
- Strong sales experience in BFSI (housing finance/mortgage loans).
- Good understanding of loan products and processes.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and acquire new customers for housing finance/mortgage products through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with channel partners.
- Support in collections as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation standards.
