Reporting To: Business Head / CEO

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our BDM team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for team management, client handling, business development, deal closure, and achieving sales targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the BDM team.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Handle key clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support the team in negotiations and closing deals.
• Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, and team performance.
• Ensure assigned tasks and sales activities are completed efficiently and on time.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the Business Head / CEO.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably with team management experience.
• Proven track record of sales achievement and deal closure.
• Strong client handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing BDM/Sales teams.
• Strong ownership, execution, and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
