Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Compensation: Up to ₹60,000 per month + incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to serve as the point of contact for sales in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth in the Bengaluru market through client acquisition, relationship management, and effective sales execution. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the business, managing strategic accounts, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated professional with strong market understanding, ownership, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales growth in the Bengaluru market

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop market penetration strategies, and expand our presence in the region.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closures, and post-sales support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business engagement

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing

 

  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide management with insights into market trends and opportunities.

  • Represent the company in local networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience

  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and account management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of the Bengaluru market and local business landscape

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently

  • Prior experience in Key Accounts at Zomato or Swiggy will be an added advantage

  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to ₹75,000 per month
