Responsibilities

• Manage retail outlets
• Drive & exceed individual & store targets
• Source of new opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Lead and supervise frontline staff, conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies
• Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff
• Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge
• Assist in daily retail operations

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• 3-5 years of Beauty/Spa Industry experience
• Sales driven & highly motivated
• Team player
• A highly motivated person who is sales-driven & result orientated
• Able to commit retail hours & weekends
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
