We Are Hiring: Relationship Manager – Bancassurance
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate insurance sales through assigned bank branches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Convert leads provided by the bank into successful sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Insurance (Banca/Agency/Direct/Credit Life/Broca preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
