About the role:
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who can own complex, consultative sales cycles and build strong relationships with senior marketing and revenue leaders (CMOs, VPs Marketing, Revenue Heads, Growth Leaders). This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing transformation, account-based strategies, demand generation, and revenue impact—not just selling software, but selling outcomes.
You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing enterprise engagements that often start with strategy and expand into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise accounts (discovery → solutioning → proposal → closure → expansion)
Engage with senior stakeholders such as CMOs, VPs Marketing, Demand Gen Heads, and Revenue Leaders
Run consultative discovery conversations focused on business goals, pipeline challenges, GTM gaps, and growth strategy
Position BambooBox as a strategic growth partner, not just a vendor
Build custom proposals combining strategy, execution, and platform capabilities
Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions
Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline with clear forecasting and CRM hygiene
Develop long-term accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Represent BambooBox professionally in enterprise meetings, events, and industry conversations
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–10 years of B2B sales experience
Strong preference for candidates from:
Marketing agencies
Demand generation firms
ABM companies
Marketing consulting firms
MarTech companies with services-led selling
Experience selling to enterprise marketing leaders (CMO org)
Comfortable with longer sales cycles and deal sizes involving multiple stakeholders
Strong discovery, storytelling, and presentation skills
Ability to understand marketing strategy, funnel metrics, pipeline models, and GTM motions
Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
Experience selling in India / Middle East / SEA / US and other international markets is a plus
