Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Eluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to acquire and retain customers. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, building strong relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also provide training and mentorship to the sales team to drive consistent results.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
- Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
- Knowledge of the financial sector, including lending, insurance, and wealth advisory services, is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and build a strong presence in the Eluru region
