Front-End / Field Sales (Outbound)

Openings: 2

CTC: ₹12–15 LPA (each)

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 5–10 years (adjustable)

About The Role

We are looking for Front-end / Field Sales professionals who represent the company confidently and build strong, long-term relationships with SMB founders. This is an outbound, advisory sales role focused on understanding customer needs before selling. You will be the face of the company in meetings and play a key role in driving revenue through trust-based, consultative selling.

What You'll Do

  • Represent the company in outbound meetings with SMB founders and decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery-led sales conversations to understand customer needs
  • Deliver clear, confident pitches tailored to the customer's context
  • Handle pricing discussions and pushback with a consultative approach
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first meeting to closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, notes, and follow-ups

What You'll Need

  • Strong confidence and communication skills in client-facing situations
  • Curiosity to understand the customer before pitching
  • Experience in outbound or field sales
  • Comfort conducting in-person or virtual meetings and pitches
  • Advisory selling mindset rather than transactional selling
  • Understanding of SMB buying processes and decision-making
  • Ability to handle objections, especially around pricing
  • Prior experience selling to non-tech SMB founders (preferred)
