Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (B2B) located in Kanyakumari district. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of sales representatives, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals. The role requires proactive client engagement and strategic planning to meet business objectives.

- Proven expertise in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Strategic Selling
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
- Experience in Market Research, Business Development, and Identifying Growth Opportunities
- Leadership and Team Management Abilities to Oversee Sales Teams
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Excellent Interpersonal, Verbal, and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently and strategically with a results-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the HR industry or relevant industry knowledge is a plus
