- Customer Success Initiatives: Monitor client feedback, address concerns proactively, and implement solutions that ensure a positive customer experience and long-term engagement.
- Project Sales: Work closely with builders, developers, and design studios to promote Aristo products for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Brand Representation: Uphold Aristos premium brand image through professional conduct, high product knowledge, and consistent market engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends to provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
