Role Overview
Bharat Batuk is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our B2B team in Chennai. This role focuses on expanding our footprint through strategic channel partnerships. Whether you are a seasoned professional with a background in sales or a high-energy fresher with an MBA, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, MFDs, and sub-brokers to expand market reach.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, productive relationships with existing distribution partners to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Market Expansion: Navigate the local Chennai geography to identify untapped business opportunities and secondary markets.
- Enablement & Marketing: Coordinate and execute joint marketing campaigns and training initiatives to empower partners to sell more effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Marketing (preferred) or a Bachelor's degree with a strong aptitude for sales.
- Experience: * For Experienced Candidates: 2–3 years in Channel Management within a Mutual Fund company or a Financial Distribution firm.
- For Freshers: A strong desire to build a career in B2B sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude.
- Language Proficiency:Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Proficiency in English and Hindi is highly desirable.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Chennai's business geography and market sentiment.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. People working in the financial industry will be preferred.
