About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong enterprise sales background who can independently manage high-value BFSI and enterprise customers end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be confident, highly presentable, proactive, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a solid understanding of technical and solution-based selling.
This role requires complete ownership of revenue, customer relationships, and deal closures while coordinating closely with internal technical and delivery teams.
What You'll Do (Job Description)- Own end-to-end sales and revenue responsibility for assigned enterprise and BFSI accounts.
- Manage enterprise customer relationships, including onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Understand customer requirements and propose technology-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead customer communication, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, delivery) for solution alignment and execution.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
- Drive consistent revenue growth with a closure-driven and target-oriented approach.

- Exposure to Banking, NBFCs, Government, or large enterprise clients
- Experience in solution selling and working closely with technical teams
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), sales reporting, and P&L exposure
Ideal Candidate Profile- Senior sales professional with 5+ year - 10 years of experience
- Comfortable handling high-value enterprise and BFSI customers
- Strong in email communication, meetings, and contract negotiations
- Highly proactive, disciplined, and target-driven
- Capable of independently managing customers while coordinating internally
