Job Description

Candidates having previous work experience in Mobile Phone Refurbishing (Telecom) Industry (OPEN BOX/VRP/Full QC Category) would be preferred.

Previous experience in Cashify/Yaantra or similar companies from the industry would be a plus point.

Role Description

The candidate should have experienced in Second Hand (Prexo) Mobile Phone business, and should have working knowledge of QC Sales. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team achieves its targets and delivers excellent customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales team's training and performance. You should be able to work well under pressure, handle complex issues, and manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent sales management skills, with at least 2 years of experience in relevant field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing sales targets and monitoring team performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure, delivering results within tight timelines
  • Leadership and mentoring skills as a team manager, mentor, and coach
  • Thorough knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitors in the industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications.

Additional skills and qualifications that might be beneficial include a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing, fluency in English and Hindi, and experience in the e-waste industry.
