This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Malappuram. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales team operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, meet sales objectives, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing department to achieve business growth. This role involves meeting clients and representing the company in the local community and beyond.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, including team leadership and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strategic thinking and business development abilities to identify market opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM and sales software solutions
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage sales operations effectively
• Knowledge of HVAC industry products and services is a strong advantage
